| TERMS |
Customers with annual purchases over $5,000 can receive 45 day net credit terms from date of
invoice. All invoices unpaid over 45 days are considered past due.
Credit card orders are charged to the appropriate card when product ships.

| WARRANTY |
Any AEL Product found to be defective in material and workmanship during normal use will be
repaired or replaced at the companies discretion as follows:
- Hardware --- lifetime
- Soft Goods --- 1 year

| RETURNS |
|
All returned items must be labeled with a return authorization (RA) number which can be
obtained from your Account Representative. An RA number is valid for 30 days from the date of
issue. All returns are subject to inspection by us and some returns may be charged a restocking
and/or rework fee, at our discretion. Custom fabricated products may not be returned.

| DISCREPANCIES |
|
Although our quality control system is excellent, and errors are very rare, they do sometimes
occur. Should you experience any problem, please report it to your Account Representative
as soon as possible so we may take the necessary corrective action.

| STOCK AVAILABILITY |
|
All sales are subject to stock on hand. Due to the nature of some specialized requirements and
custom orders, some parts may require additional manufacturing time before shipping. Your
Account Representative will confirm the shipping date at the time of your order.

| LIABILITY |
|
The value of defective products or products sent in error is our only liability. We reserve the
right to continue to provide state-of-the-art products. Therefore, specifications may be changed
without prior notice. Adaptive Engineering Lab, Inc. shall not be responsible or liable for
misapplication or misuse of our products. We recommend experienced professionals be consulted in
selecting and applying our products.
